Straight Street Inspections
Our Mission Statement: To provide our client/s the highest quality inspection reports possible. All our inspections are conducted using the Standards of Practice (SOP's) set by the (DOL) Dept of Washington Home Inspectors Licensing Dept. We take extra care on an inspection generally taking from 1-4 hours to complete. You are welcome to ask questions after the inspection and may be present if you so desire. Some places in the home could by a safety issue as climbing on the roof, in the attic or below a crawlspace, you will be under your own liability under these areas. These are part of the whole structure and cannot be overlooked. A home/building inspection report should point out any areas needing to be rectified on repair/replacement issues that need to be addressed as well as the strong and positive attributes that are part of the home too. At Straight Street Building/Home/Pest Inspections, you'll receive a report within 24 hours or "Same Day Reports" emailed to you. Buying a home is one of the most important and expensive purchases in your lifetime. The cost of a home inspection could save you thousands of dollars if problems continue unchecked because you did not know about them. A home inspection report will protect you and one of your most valuable assets, you home.
